WOW! I am soo impressed with your personal customer service. My replacement bottles arrived today, and your generosity and quick response were ASTOUNDING!
My original auto ship bottles arrived and 8 were bent in, however I didn't see any leakage. I told this to the customer service rep who was wonderful. Your personal note included with the replacement bottles has made me an even more loyal fan and I have told so many customers about your miracle and several have ordered.
I must tell you that I am a breast cancer survivor and an ex- Pharmaceutical Representative for several Fortune 500 companies. I know my pharmaceuticals, but also my homeopathic drugs. I am an organic herb grower (all legal!) and have tried so many potions to help me deal with the horrible side effects of the post breast cancer drug, Tamoxifen. Many of the herbs were the same as yours, but not put together with the magic combo that you have achieved.
I am 55 years old and had not gone thru menopause until forced to take an estrogen inhibitor. Thru a chance eye exam, I found that I had the side effect from Tamoxifen of Macular Leakage, so had to discontinue the drug. All I can say is that the drug had given me HORRIBLE INSOMNIA, CONSTANT HOT FLASHES, AND A MOOD SWING UNKNOWN TO MY USUALLY HAPPY PERSONALITY. The depression from the drug withdrawal and hormonal swing was awful. I NEVER thought I would feel good again.
Your Fabulous concoction of Gem is a true miracle. I am honestly a hard sell. I saw your infomercial while on the treadmill at my gym and took a chance. I NEVER would have believed that I would have been given back my life. I never expected to be able to wear a pullover garment again, or to not have to freeze my husband constantly with an overhead fan even in winter! He even monitors my consumption of Gem, and tells me if I am lagging. He DOES NOT want to see me back in that dark place where his wife had become a bit unrecognizable.
So, in summary, I have been told that I can sell ANYTHING, however, the caveot is that I CAN sell anything IF I BELIEVE in the product. Well, here's my story. I've only been on GEM for the past 27 days. I've been suffering from hot flashes since I was 42 - 13 years ago. Like all of the other women on GEM, I've tried everything but nothing really took them away or alleviated them successfully. To add to the discomfort were all the comments from everyone, e.g., "your face is really RED, are you ok?" I tried to deal with it through a sense of humor (thank goodness for Maxine cartoons!), trying to wear the right clothes to keep cool, using fans to keep cool, stop drinking hot drinks (coffee, lattes, etc) to keep cool, giving up treats (sugar exacerbates this I'm told) to keep cool, sticking my head out of the car window to keep cool, and various other methods to keep cool. BUT after I received my box of GEM Keep It Cool, I drank 1/2 bottle before bed...it was the first time in 13 years that I didn't wake up during the night throwing the covers off and in the morning I wasn't awakened with a hot flash instead of my alarm clock! I was overjoyed! It went on like that every night until I gave it the acid test. I didn't drink it one night - sure enough the flashes returned that night and I work up with a hot flash. I still get them periodically but they have truly reduced to a point where they are manageable - I hardly even notice them now since GEM also reduces the intensity of the ones I may have. And GEM KIC tastes so good.

WOW - That was my response after drinking GEM's product Keep it Cool only after a couple of days! In an effort to avoid peeling off jackets or sweaters during business meetings at work, I had started to organize my wardrobe around hot flashes. But now since I've been drinking Keep it Cool, the hotflashes have ceased and I now have my life back. I don't have to worry if something is 'too warm' to wear any more. I had tried creams and pills before but with no effect - this product really, really works!

A friend recommended I try your product several months ago after I was complaining about the usual menopausal symptoms—night sweats, hot flashes, etc. I ordered & received my first month’s supply and was very pleased with the results. However, as my supply ran out, I didn’t reorder. It was wishful thinking that since I was no longer experiencing symptoms, I must be “done” and therefore no longer need my daily Keep it Cool.

HA! Quickly I discovered how wrong I was and reordered again. I am once again back to little or no flashes and sweats. Thank you
