I had suffered for over a decade with hot flashes, night sweats, severe mood swings, and insomnia. I must tell you that I am a breast cancer survivor and an ex- Pharmaceutical Representative for several Fortune 500 companies. I know my pharmaceuticals, but also my homeopathic drugs. Hi Ladies! I have designed myself as the "Hot Flash Poster Girl" for GEM Keep it cool. This product really works! Those hot flashes were hitting me like flaming torpedos morning, noon, and night. My poor family, they were freezing, my daughters were covered up in blankets and eventually their friends stopped coming over, too cold for them - not cold enough for me! I have been taking "GEM Keep it cool" for almost a year (I think.) When I saw Marie Osmond on a late night infomercial, I knew that I had to listen. The women of GEM impressed me so much that I had to try it. I have tried other items for "my own personal summer" and none of them have worked. I had turned 60 and was still waking up on an average of 3 times a night in a pool of sweat. The worst part about my story is that I was on prescription medication and it was not working. I work in a conservative corporate environment that is demanding and competitive. Well, here's my story. I've only been on GEM for the past 27 days. I've been suffering from hot flashes since I was 42 - 13 years ago. I have been using 'GEM Keep It Cool' for about two weeks now. It is amazing! The worst symptom of menopause that I was having was severe hot flashes. My hot flashes were almost like morning sickness (i.e. dizziness, nausea, lightheadedness, and severe sweating.)
